Online Shopping has never been easier in Namibia.
Please follow the steps below
Click ‘add to cart’ to place the item you want to buy in your shopping cart.
Once you have added all the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart, click on the bag icon to view the items in your cart. Apply your promotional code or voucher if you have one and click ‘Update Cart’.
If you’re happy with the items in your cart, click ‘ Proceed To Checkout’.
Follow the instructions on the ‘Checkout’ page. Enter your email address and password or if you’re a new customer, register for an account at this step. Enter your Billing address and your Shipping Address (make sure to enter a post code)
Choose the payment option you want to use.
Agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click ‘Place order‘.
An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details and payment instructions. Please note that your order confirmation email might end up in junk mail inbox so do check there as well.
We accept the following payment methods:
- E-wallet/Bluewallet/Easywallet/Nedbank Wallet
- COD also known as Cash on Delivery*
- EFT- Electronic Fund Transfer
- (Coming soon) PayPal (Pay with your credit card or through your PayPal account. Buyers can check out without a PayPal account by using the guest payments option.
We offer the following delivery services:
Country wide postal courier: N$65
Windhoek Delivery: N$30
We offer free delivery on orders over N$850
Windhoek: You can expect your order to be processed for delivery within 1-2 business days.
Rest of Namibia: Your order will be prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days and delivered according to Nampost delivery times.
All products on the website are in stock unless marked as ‘Sold out’ on the product page. You can sign up to a notification email to be notified when the product is back in stock.
Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes to it. To order additional items please place a new order.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds at this time unless you have received a faulty item or the wrong item was delivered to you.
The following items cannot be refunded for hygienic reasons:
Cosmetics, swimwear, lingerie, sale items, special orders.
To return a faulty/wrong delivery, simply email support to receive further instructions on how to return the item for a refund.
